Sr. Account Executive The Sr. Account Executive will have 4-5 years experience developing strategic marketing insights to contribute to brand success and to service client expectations. This position requires a solid understanding of upcoming technologies in digital, mobile aps, SEO/SEM, social media, thereby positiong the Sr. AE to successfully bring digital, traditional, and experiential components to programs, and to possess a thorough understanding of digital timelines and expectations. The Sr. AE is responsible for ensuring all work is on strategy and meets the standards of excellence set by Moosylvania and our national clients. The Sr. AE will lead creative reviews and brainstorm activities to promote team inspiration and consistently look for ways to bring value to our clients and to the company. Sr. AE will stay on top of industry trends and contribute relevant solutions for brands and for the company as a whole. Responsibilities include evaluating creative from a strategic standpoint, working with creative directors to negotiate photography, talent and freelance work to ensure vendors meet agency and client expectations. The Sr. AE will manage work flow, set goals, and review Account Coordinators, AAEs and AEs who work on the team. Direct client contact and travel to client meetings is required. The Sr. AE is responsible to develop and sustain client relationships to position Moosylvania as marketing and strategic solution, thereby increasing client commitment.
