Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you’ll continue to build proficiency in the fundamentals, while being entrusted with additional responsibilities and exposed to new opportunities. This position requires 2-4 years of agency experience. From communicating directly to clients to managing small-mid scale initiatives on your own, you’ll see projects through, from client initiation to team creation and production to billing and archiving. You’ll begin to build rapport with your teammates, colleagues and clients, which will – over time – result in relationships rooted in service, trust and expertise.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Craft briefs for small-mid size projects
  • Lead internal team briefings
  • Begin to manage billing through monthly tracking reports and initial profitability discussions
  • Lead the production process, working in tandem with or independent of the Jr. AE
  • Co-lead digital initiatives, adhering to the digital process and collaborating with the strategy and interactive teams
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, interactive and experiential teams, as needed
  • Post monthly to Moose Tracker and to newsletter/site upon request
  • Participate in monthly department meetings
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
